Really nice job. Love your interview style with providing the background and then letting Chef Achatz talk and be the focus I look forward to more podcasts. Thanks for this. My dad treated our entire family- had to be 11 of us - to Trotters back in winter of 2000. We had a private room, I was pregnant so couldn’t enjoy the wines, but the food and the entire experience -it was really special.
